TIME:
FRIDAY - Swap Meet runs from 4:00 to 7:30pm. Open to General HOBBY Public. No cost to attend.
SATURDAY - Hall opens at 7:00 am; judging starts at 8:15 am. Show concludes around 6 p.m.

Friday - Set up for Sellers begins at 3:30pm.
Swap Meet from 4pm to 7:30pm.
Saturday - Live Show All Day, Raffle, Auction Items.
ENTRY FEE: REGISTRATION CLOSES MAY 1ST, 2024
ENTRY - One Full Table - $85, Half Table $60
PROXY ENTRY - $4.00 per horse.
SWAP MEET SALES TABLE FOR FRIDAY NIGHT ONLY - $25 per table, I have 6 remaining tables available for Friday Night (only).
Saturday LUNCH BREAK - We take a 45 minute break for lunch from 12:30 to 1:15pm.
Friday Night Dinner & Saturday Morning Breakfast - Available at VFW for purchase.

LUNCH:
We will be taking a 45 minute Lunch Break from 12:30 to 1:15pm. Lunch will be available for pre-purchase. More information coming from Melissa soon if you would like to participate in a lunch. Or see Food Nearby on this website for other dinning options for the weekend. If you are a Judge/Steward/Volunteer - Your lunch is free on Saturday as well as other various snacks throughout the day.
RAFFLE AND SILENT AUCTION:
We will have raffle and possibly some silent auction items. We will accept donations of items to include in the raffle and auction and updating donors and items on our website. Some items will be added to website as they become available. You may have a proxy bidder for Auction. No items will be shipped unless specified in promotion of item.
RAFFLE TICKETS:
$1 EACH, 11 FOR $10, 25 FOR $20 - Must be present to win or if you have a proxy shower, they can pick up your winning item. NO raffle items will be mailed.
SILENT AUCTION RULES:
Items will be added to website as they become available.

SHOW RULES:
- NO REFUNDS of entry fees. If you cannot make the show, your entry fee becomes a donation.
- Entries will NOT be reserved without payment. If you plan to pay via Personal Check, I will hold your space for 10 days until payment arrives.
- Show Tables measure 6 foot tables. Extra tables may be purchased. Fees for extra tables are the same as entry fees. Sales within the show hall are allowed for both Friday evening Swap Meet and Saturday during the show. Entrants for show do not have to pay any additional fees to sell at your table.
- NO fee/entry sharing is allowed. Everyone must personally own the models they are exhibiting, unless they are being proxy shown.
- Proxy entries must clearly mark their entry form as a Proxy Entry and the entry will not be allocated table space (this shall be the responsibility of the proxy shower unless other arrangements are made).
- Please complete the entry form and pay via PayPal Friends/Family ONLY or with a check. ([email protected] via Friends and Family). You may email your Signed and Completed Entry form or Mail to Melissa Meader. Checks or Money Orders must be made payable to Melissa Meader, 3410 Constitution Drive, Titusville, Florida 32780.
- Entrants are required to sign a release from liability form that needs to be submitted with your entry.
- There will be a $55 charge for any checks returned for insufficient funds (bank fee plus $10). In addition to the insufficient funds charge, the check writer will be asked to pay cash/money order or via Paypal for any other shows, raffle tickets, or silent auction items in the future. Show host reserves the right to deny future show entries due to bad checks.
- Show Host, Judges, Volunteers and Show Hall will not be responsible for any damaged or stolen items left overnight in hall or during show.
CLASS INFORMATION:
- This is a Dual Judged show in Breed and Collectibility or Breed and Workmanship. We are a NAN qualifying show. All NAMHSA rules apply.
- Each halter horse may show in only one breed class.
- Models are to be identified with stringed tags. Side 1: breed and gender; Side 2: horse’s name and owner’s initials.
- Collectability information is required for those horses in collectability classes. Horses without collectibility information will only be judged in Breed.
- Classes will be placed first through fifth place paper ribbons. Division Champs will receive Flat Satins and Smitten Medallions. Overall Champions and Reserve Champions will receive Rosettes, Pony Pouches and our Smitten medallion sculpted by Rebecca Turner exclusively for CML, Smitten is a cast and glazed earthenware by Marge Para. Smitten is copyright owned by Melissa Meader. Additional Awards to be determined.
- CLASS LIMITS - There is a Limit of 3 Entries per class, per entrant for Breed Classes. There is a limit of 2 horses (or other animals) for Specialty and Artisan Classes. Judges may split classes at their discretion.
- No animals (other than service dogs), young children unless they are showing, and no smoking are allowed. Hotel does allow their guests to have pets. Check with hotel for requirements.
- No foul language, or poor sportsmanship will be tolerated.
- Original Finish RESINS are now allowed to show in the OF OTHER CHINA Division. Custom Cold Painted China have their own division.
- Any entrant who lays down a model understands that the judge will pick it up in order to be judged. Decisions of the judges and/or the show host are final.
COLLECTOR’S CLASS GUIDELINES:
- Display entries must include ONLY SEVEN models.
- Exhibitors are REQUIRED to display a card stating the display’s collectable information for each piece.
- Displays will be judged on: Rarity, Condition and Presentation.
- You may display OF and CMG together or just one or the other. They may be all one manufacturer and/or artist or a variety.
- Collector’s Class be held at lunchtime.
- Prizes for top 5 placings TBD.
- Limit One Collector’s class entry per entrant.
